this is useful for anyone who keeps dogs & cats. It´s not a very large document but is packed with info & could keep owners on the right side of the law.

I have opened a new Forum discussion dedicated to this subject (Its No. 16). Lets use the Club to post photos and bigger documents and use the Forum for discussion. We´ll see how it all works - and let me know what YOU would find most helpful.

Im not sure about the new laws but would be happy to read them
