Our Discussions Club Wall 26 May 2009 09:13 The doco, My weapon is a dog, has sparked a fury of people looking for Bordeaux´s. One bloke from London (spoke like the bloke who owned the Bordeaux in that doco) phoned me yesterday after a dog when I told him I have two bitches left he left it at that. Two minutes later he phoned back asking how much would I sell two of them for. He does want to breed, as his words were "I wanna get in it". Yeah mate, not with my dogs you don´t. He also thopught that because they were endorsed they would be cheaper in price. Second bloke sent me an email wanting to get a "girl friend" for his Bordeaux. Hence to say the email had been deleted. These bloody programmes are a ruddy curse, and now we have plebs looking to make a quick buck, or for a new designer dog. I spoke to my friend who has kennels in Surrey, and she has had calls, and one the next day after that doco was aired. 06 Mar 2009 14:20 I have liked this breed for a long time, but not by watching the film. I like them for their loyalty, strength, intelligence, and all the other bits that are rolled into them. I show my youngest, and used to show Tia, but she didn’t like the show side of things, so pulled her out. | Club Members Our Pictures Our Films |
