Pneumonia got my dad too Carolann
although he was a disabled person, it was that which killed him.
Must have been awful for you to read of your Brother´s death in the paper like that, quite a nasty shock i should imagine. thinking of you.

thank you for your very kind comments .. the worst thing was .. i did not know he d died .. he did not live local .. so someone put an add in our local paper .. it was horrible we did not see a lot of each other except christmas and any special occasion.. thats why i did not think any of it , but when i did not get a christmas card i began 2 think somethink was wrong .. but dismissed it as alan being alan .. until i saw the paper on the sat of january .. he d died the 18 th december .. he d died of pynemona (sorry its spelt wrong) .. still he would not want me 2 be upset .. his only fault was he supported west ham united ..ha ha his ashes are buried in the grounds .. i m going 2 have a brandy now and calm down .. thanks again everyone xxxxxxxxxxxxxxx

So sorry to hear of your Brother passing away Carolann, I lost my dad 18 months ago ....it´s just awful, and your brother was so young too

Oh carolann, I´m so sorry. I can´t imagine how awful losing a sybling must be, being an only child. He was only a year younger than me! That´s so awfull.
